We are looking for a Office Manager (m/f/d) for our office in Munich as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Taking on various tasks in the company for projects, marketing and sales
• Purchasing and managing external services
• Controlling
• Preparation of quotations and invoices
• Preparatory bookkeeping
• Organization of appointments, events and travel
• Internal communication
• Recruiting

Your skills

• Business management training or studies
• Communication skills
• Digital competence
• Good knowledge of German and English
