Based on user interviews and evaluations from analytics, we created and visualized a complete user journey to identify pain points and requirements and enable an informed design process. Content and information architecture were then consistently aligned with the defined sales funnel.
The main focus of the store relaunch was the mobile-first
check-out. Minimum clicks in combination with maximum transparency are important in this purchase-critical step. To guarantee this, among other things, a so-called inline validation was introduced. The values in the form fields are checked and reported back to the user as soon as they are entered. This avoids frustration and increases conversion.
A digital design system is a building set of design elements, interface components and design principles. Design systems enable maximum consistency and efficiency in branding.
For mybacs we realized a design system with the Invision DSM tool, which served as a default for frontend programming.
